Life has thrown Michelle a few curve balls, including surviving a bike accident that left her with serious injuries and years of health challenges. Michelle was continually determined. “From the first moment I first walked into a boxing gym, I was addicted! Here was a way I could stay fit and look after my mental health by managing stress and anxiety, and building healthy human connections. I didn’t know it at the time but boxing would make me the fittest, strongest and healthiest version of me I had ever been! When I teach boxing, I get so passionate and immersed! Nothing beats seeing a tweak or suggestion pay off. That’s all the reward I need! I love connecting with people, I love teaching, I love sharing what I’ve learned through my own weight loss and health & fitness journey. and now I get to do all of these things professionally!
